摘要
介绍中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司Ⅰ套硫磺回收系列装置中300 t/h溶剂再生装置的概况,分析发现该装置溶剂再生塔由于上游装置富胺液所带固体杂质沉积、附着在塔盘上堵塞阀孔,增加了气相上升阻力,导致塔盘压力降增大,塔底温度升高。针对此问题实施系统切出水洗,减少了沉积和附着在塔盘上的固体杂质,降低了气相上升阻力,再生塔压力降由80 k Pa恢复至10~20 k Pa的正常值,再生塔底温度由128℃下降至121℃,蒸汽耗量也明显降低;投用贫胺液过滤设施和富胺液过滤器,有效降低贫胺液中热稳定盐含量,成功控制上游装置富胺液中固体杂质含量,为装置长周期安全平稳运行奠定了基础。
The operation of 1#300 t / h solvent regeneration unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company is introduced. The analysis has found that solid impurities carried over in the rich amine liquid from upstream units were deposited on the tower trays and blocked the valve holes,leading to the increased resistance for rising gas phase,increased pressure drop of the tower and rising tower trays bottom temperature. The application of water washing has lowered the deposits and solid impurities on the tower trays and reduced the resistance of rising gas phase. The pressure drop of regeneration tower is restored to normal 10 ~ 20 k Pa from 80 k Pa,the bottom temperature of regeneration tower is lowered to 121 ℃ from 128 ℃ and steam consumption is obviously reduced. The installation and operation of lean amine and rich liquid filters have effectively reduced the salt content of lean amine liquid and successfully controlled the solid impurities of rich amine liquid from up-stream units,which provide a good condition for the long-term stable safe operation of the unit.
