波立维治疗进展性脑卒中的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察波立维对进展性脑卒中患者的治疗效果。方法将61例进展性脑卒中患者随机分为常规治疗组(31例)和波立维组(30例),波立维组在常规治疗的基础上加用波立维治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后15d进行神经功能缺损评分,评定各组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分均有所下降(P<0.05),波立维组的下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论波立维可降低进展性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度,促进患者神经功能恢复。
