品管圈活动在降低血生化标本分析前不合格率中的作用

The effect of QCC in reduce the blood biochemical samples failure rate

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低血生化标本分析前不合格率中的作用。方法由8人组成品管圈,遵循品管圈活动步骤,分析我院血生化标本不合格的原因并采取相应的对策。结果调查品管圈活动前2013年1-3月份血生化标本61236例,不合格例数为2229例(3.64%),其中,溶血1371例(2.24%),凝血474例(0.77%);品管圈活动后2013年9-11月血生化标本58344例,不合格例数为881例(1.51%),其中,溶血396例(0.68%),凝血201例(0.34%);两组标本在不合格率、凝血率、溶血率等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。开展品管圈活动前,临床科室的护士得分低于开展品管圈活动后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施品管圈活动,遵循PDCA循环方法,能改善血生化标本不合格情况,加强部门之间的团队协作,同时提高圈员的综合素质,培养科学严谨的思维模式,实现质量的持续改进。

Objective To study the effect of QCC in reducing fraction defective of blood biochemical specimens be -fore its analysis .Methods Eight persons formed a group of QCC ,we followed the activity steps to analyze the reasons of blood biochemical specimens′disqualification and to take the corresponding countermeasure , such as updating the process of blood taking and quality standard,revising supervisory regime,increasing the training for nursing and transport personnel ,and so on. Results Before carrying out the QCC activity in January to march of 2013,there were 2229 unqualified samples in the total 61236 samples,including 1371 hemolysis and 474 cruor.After carrying out the QCC activity in September to October of 2013, there were 881 unqualified samples in the total 58344 samples,including 396 hemolysis and 201 cruor.To compare the two groups of specimens ,The fraction defective ,blood coagulation rate and hemolysis rate of the latter group were significantly lower than that before carrying out the QCC（P〈0.01）.The nurse score before the launch QCC was lower than that after the launch QCC,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The activity of QCC could reduce the fraction defec-tive of blood biochemical specimens ,and strengthen the cooperation across departments ,and improve our comprehensive quali-ty,at the same time we could form rigorous thinking model ,Finally,achieving quality continuous improvement .
