摘要
我国教师资格考试制度建立过程大致分三个时期:(1)1978年至1993年,建立了中小学教师考核合格证书制度;(2)1993年至2009年,建立了面向广大学历合格的非师范生和社会人员申请者的教师资格考试制度;(3)2009年至今,逐步建立了全国统一的中小学教师资格考试制度,推动和引导教师教育改革。这为教师资格考试制度研究提供了一个历史的视角,将有助于理解和评价当前的教师资格考试制度,对于构建完整而长期的教师资格考试制度体系也会有所助益。
The establishing process of the National Teacher Certification Examination (NTCE) system can be divided into three periods: (1) From 1978 to 1993, teacher certificate examination system was established; (2) From 1993 to 2009, teacher certificate examination system of non-pedagogic students and social personnel was established; (3) From 2009 to the present day, NTCE system was established. This paper provides a historical perspective on the study of the establishing process of NTCE, and helps to understand and evaluate current NTCE system, and will also help to establish a complete and long-term examination system.
