摘要
目的观察CPN管理在临床T2DM护理实践中的应用与效果。方法随机选取2012年6月—2014年3月收治的86例T2DM患者分成甲乙两组,分别给予其常规护理与CPN护理干预,对比分析两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者FBG与PBG水平均有所降低,特别是乙组降低幅度更为显著,且乙组的住院时间、对护理满意度同甲组相比,有着明显优势,P均<0.05。结论针对T2DM病症特点,给予患者CPN护理干预,可明显提升临床护理效果,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective To observe the application and effect of CPN management in clinical nursing practice in T2DM. Methods Randomly 86 cases of T2DM patients were split into two groups, given the routine nursing care and nursifig intervention were CPN, compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Nursing care of patients in the two groups after, FBG and PBG levels were lower, especially in group B, the decreasing amplitude is more significant, and in group B of the hospitalization time, the nursing satisfaction compared with group A, has obvious advantages, P〈0.05. Conclusions According to the characteristics of CPN in patients with T2DM disease, given nursing intervention, can significantly enhance the effect of clinical nursing care, im- prove patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
