林业扶贫是扶贫工作的重要组成部分,实施林业扶贫具有重要的意义。我国林业扶贫工作经历了不同的发展阶段,取得了一定的成绩。要认真总结开展林业扶贫开发以来所取得的成绩和经验,分析目前面临的挑战,把握国家重视扶贫工作的有力时机,搞好林业扶贫的总体设计,采取加大资金投入力度和政策引导,加强贫困山区的生态建设和保护,发展新兴绿色产业,优化林业产业结构等措施为改善贫困地区生态和民生,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦做出更大的贡献。

Poverty-alleviation-oriented efforts through the forestry sector are an important part of overall poverty alleviation, and therefore its implementation is of vital importance. China＇s poverty alleviation efforts through the forestry sector have passed through various stages of development, and have obtained some achievements. It is desirable to seriously draw lessons from the its implementation, analyze the challenges currently facing it, seize the good opportunity that the Government attaches great importance to the poverty alleviation efforts, rationally work out its overall planning, increase financial investment and provide policy guidance, enhance the ecological construction and protection in poor mountainous areas, facilitate the development of emerging green industries, and improve the industrial structure, etc. All these measures above are conducive to make greater contribution to improve the ecological environment and the wellbeing of the people, thus eventually realizing the China Dream： the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.
