摘要
金属板料渐进成形件的表面质量是当前研究的热点和难点问题。通过改变增量步长、刀具头半径和成形角这三个影响因素,可以计算出不同影响因素下的理论残余波峰高度(理论粗糙度值)。以方锥台件为实验模型,通过设置不同的增量步长、刀具头半径和成形角,检测了样件的表面粗糙度,将最终的实验值与理论值(理论残余高度和理论表面粗糙度)进行了分析对比。结果表明:实验值小于理论值;残余波峰高度的理论值即为理论上的表面粗糙度;通过实验验证了理论分析式的正确性;找出了实验值小于理论值的原因。
The surface quality of incremental forming parts of metal sheet is a hot and difficult issue of current research. The theoretical residual crest height (theoretical roughness value) with different influencing factors can be calculated by changing the three factors of step size, tool radius and forming angles. Taking square cone pieces as an experimental model, the surface roughness of the samples was measured by setting different increment step sizes, tool radii and forming angles. The experimental and theoretical values (theoretical residual crest height and theoretical surface roughness) were analyzed and contrasted. The results show that: the experimental value is less than the theoretical value; the theoretical value of residual crest height is the theoretical surface roughness; the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiment; the cause that the experimental value is less than the theoretical value is found out.
