创新人才培养导向的机械类实验教学改革 被引量:24

摘要 分析了目前高校实验教学现状,阐述了实验教学的重要性。以人才培养的知识、技能和素养三要素中的实验技能为抓手,以创新人才培养为导向,形成资源整合、教研互动、校企协同的实验教学机制,提出校内外相融合的实验教学体系。以机械工程CDIO实践基地为例阐述如何做好提升学生的实验技能和创新能力,从实践基地架构、实践项目实施和运作模式与机制等方面进行了比较深入的探索。通过几年的实施表明机械工程类实验教学体系架构是合理的,其教学和运行模式改革可行,效果良好,使学生较好地掌握了工程师应具备的知识、技能和素养。 The paper analyzes the current status of experimental teaching, elaborates the importanc, e of experimental teaching. Talent education is composed of three elements of knowledge, skills and quality. The practical skills are as the main research object, and it is worth to discuss how to train the students'practical skills. The paper puts forward the experimental teaching system based on fusion of inside and outside the school. The system considers the cultivation of innovative talents as the guidance, and considers the formation of resource integration, mechanism of experimental teaching and research interaction, school and enterprise collaboration. Mechanical engineering CDIO practice base is taken as an example, we carry on the exploration and the practice deeply from the aspects of practice base architecture, practice project implementation steps and operation mode and mechanism, and ensure the smooth implementation of practice skills teaching reform. The results show that the architecture of the practice base is reasonable, and the skill teaching and operation mode reform is feasible. The reform obtains the good effect, and enables students to better grasp the knowledge, skills and qualities of modern engineer.
