摘要
针对随钻声波测井的要求设计了一种随钻声波测井仪井下电路系统。通过长距离高速传输、系统控制处理程序远程升级、井下海量数据存储等关键技术的实现解决了随钻工作环境带来的问题。另外,在井下电路集成STC算法,可以提供实时地层慢度。实验及测试结果表明,该电路系统能够满足实际测量的需要。
A downhole circuit system of acoustic LWD tool which meets the demand of actual drilling operations has been designed in this paper. The circuit system performed very well under the poor downhole working environment by implementing the key technologies, such as the high-speed data transmission over a long distance, upgrading the downhole program remotely and massive data storage. Additionally, the STC algorithm was integrated into the downhole program so that the slowness of the formation can be calculated in real time. The experimental and test results show that the circuit system demonstrates the excellent performance in the actual field application.
