摘要
对黑叶观音莲(Alocasia×amazonica)、红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)、玛丽安万年青(Dieffenbachia‘Camilla’)、袖珍龟背竹(Monstera oblique‘Dwarf’)和小天使(Philodendron‘Xanadu’)等5种植物以3种浓度的NAA和3种营养液进行水培试验,通过测定形态指标和生理指标,探讨最佳的NAA浓度和营养液配方。结果表明,除袖珍龟背竹在15 mg/LNAA条件下生根效果最好外,其他植物的最适浓度均为10 mg/L;最佳营养液配方为:玛丽安万年青、黑叶观音莲和小天使为霍格兰配方,袖珍龟背竹为斯泰纳配方,红掌为日本园试配方。
Hydropnic experiment on five species of Araceae plants, including Alocasia × amazonica, Anthurium andraeanum, Dieffenbachia ‘Camilla', Monstera oblique ‘Dwarf' and Philodendron ‘Xanadu' with three concentrations of NAA and three kinds of nutrient solution was carried out. Through measuring the morphological and physiological indexes, the optimum concentration of NAA and nutrient solution for the five species of Araceae plants was found out. The results showed that the optimum concentration of NAA for M. oblique‘Dwarf' was 15 mg/L, while for other plants was 10 mg/L. Hoagland nutrient solution was the best hydroponic solution for Alocasia ×amazonica,Dieffenbachia ‘Camilla' and Philodendron ‘Xanadu'. Steiner nutrient solution was the best for M. oblique ‘Dwarf'.Japanese garden general nutrient solution was the best for A. andraeanum.
