摘要
基于我国目前城市规划体系,提出了城市径流总量控制指标及其量化分解方法,并通过案例,利用SWMM模型对该方法进行了验证,典型年的连续模拟结果表明,利用该方法对规划区域内各地块进行控制指标分解,很好地达到了城市总体规划提出的年径流总量控制目标,可用于指导我国实施径流总量控制。
Based on the Chinese urban planning system, the control target of urban total runoff volume and its quantitative decomposition method were proposed. Through case analysis, the method was validated using SWMM model. The continuous simulation results of a typical year showed that the control target was assigned to each plot in the planned runoff volume proposed in implementation of annual the master plan was runoff volume control area using this method, and the control target of annual effectively reached. The target can be used to guide the in China.
