舒缓特护面霜辅助治疗862例面部敏感性皮肤患者疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of a new generation of cosmetics in facial sensitive skin: a study of 862 patients

目的探讨舒缓特护面霜辅助治疗面部敏感性皮肤的疗效及安全性。方法对862例门诊就诊且符合条件的受试者进行观察,每日外用面霜2次,连续外用3周。采用包含9项主观症状（皮肤刺激感、刺痛、烧灼感、热感、紧绷感、瘙痒、疼痛、整体不适、潮红）和5项客观症状（红肿、脱屑、水肿/肿胀、渗液、结痂）的敏感指数评估标尺评估敏感肌肤严重程度及临床疗效,用皮肤病生活质量问卷评估敏感性皮肤对生活的影响。治疗结束后评估患者对其的耐受性,评分为0~3;受试者及观察者对舒缓特护面霜有效性进行评价,分非常满意、满意、不满意、非常不满意4个等级。结果使用3周后与使用前对比14项评价敏感皮肤严重程度的指标及生活质量评估均有明显改善（P〈0.001）,改善最明显的指标是疼痛（ΔT值-83%）和水肿/肿胀（ΔT值-81.2%）,耐受性好（64%为非常好,32%为好）,受试者及观察者对其有效性的评价为好（97.1%观察者对面霜满意,96.4%受试者对面霜满意）。结论舒缓特护面霜对敏感性皮肤、皮肤疾病或美容术后形成的敏感性皮肤具有较好的辅助治疗作用,且耐受性良好。

Objective TTo measure the clinical effi cacy and tolerance of tolerance extreme（TE） cream in patients with facial sensitive skin. Methods Total 862 cases of facial sensitive skin, who were outpatients and in accordance with the requires of the study, were enrolled and observed. For all the patients, TE cream was applied twice daily for 3 weeks, and a new scale, which including 9 subjective skin conditions（skin irritation tingling, burning, sensations of heat, tightness, itching, pain, general discomfort, hot fl ashes） and 5 visible skin conditions（redness, scaling, edema/swelling, oozing, scabs） was adopted for sensitive skin assessment and following the improvement of skin condition. Dermatology life quality index was used to evaluate the impact of sensitive skin on quality of life. A 4-point scoring system was used to evaluate the tolerance of the patients after treatment, and another 4-point scoring system including very satisfi ed, satisfi ed, dissatisfi ed, and not at all satisfi ed with the new cream was used to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of participants and doctors. Results Three weeks after the treatment, all the 17 sensitive scale items and quality of life was signifi cantly improved（P0.001）, the most signifi cant improvement were pain（ΔT-83%） and edema/swelling（ΔT-81.2%）. The tolerance was judged to be very good for the large majority of the patients（very good, 64%; good, 32%）, and the effi cacy was confi rmed by the patients and investigators＇ evaluation（satisfi ed by 97.1% of the investigators and 96.4% of the patients）. Conclusion Great effi cacy and tolerance can be obtained in the treatment of sensitive skin by using this tolerance extreme cream.
