摘要
针对门诊管理中存在的问题,基于门诊一体化管理信息系统的架构,开发了集病人流量监测、诊室管理、考勤管理、分诊管理、绩效管理、费用统计、评价管理及通告管理等8大功能于一体的门诊一体化管理信息系统。该系统实现了门诊资源的实时调控与管理,有效地提高了门诊工作效率,并为兄弟医院开发和应用同类系统提供了有益的参考。
According to the practical problems existed in the management of the Outpatient Department, and combined with the actual needs of the outpatient management and the Department of Medical Service, the architecture of integrated management information system for outpatient was proposed, and the system was established which had eight functions including patient flow monitoring, management of consulting room, attendance management, triage management and performance management. The actual application showed that the system realized the real - time control and management of the outpatient resource integration, and improved effectively the work efficiency of outpatient, which provided useful reference for development and application of similar system in other hospitals.
