摘要
文章按照中科院JCR期刊分区,对生物学、膜、复合材料、纺织4个小类各个分区的论文和论文被引情况进行统计分析,对生物学与生物化学学科的ESI高被引论文在各区的分布情况进行统计分析。研究发现,被引次数超过一区篇均被引次数的论文中,非一区论文为一区论文的2-4倍,在ESI百分之一的高被引论文中非一区论文达到58.4%,在万分之一的高被引论文中非一区论文也达到45%。研究结果表明,"以刊论文"在逻辑上不自洽,该学术评价方法缺乏基本的理论支撑。
According to the JCR zones of Chinese Academy of Science, the article counts up and analyses the papers and cited papers from every journal zone of four disciplines for biology, membrane, composite and textile science, as well as the scatter of ESI high cited papers for biology and bio chemistry in each journal zone. It finds that the number of papers in non the first zone are two to four times large than that of the papers in the first zone, among the average paper numbers cited more than a zone. The papers of non-the first zone reach to 58.4% in the ESI high cited papers of 1 %, the papers of non the first zone reach to 45% in the ESI high cited papers of 0. 01%. The result shows that the evaluation of papers by journals is not logically self-consistent, and the academic evaluation method is lack of basic theoretical support.
