As the organic combination of outstanding people, the Chinese sports elite have made significant contributions to Chinese sports development. The Chinese sports elites are composed mainly of technical sports elite, political sports elite, talented sports elite and economic sports elite. in the Process of the Social Stratum Differentiation the Chinese sports elite demonstrate the following characteristics： 1） the development of the four elite groups is not synchronized but connected closely with the historic mission; 2） the elite group is open because of the gifted technical sports elite; 3） the Chinese sports elite play a more significant role in process of the social stratum differentiation.
