全方位优质护理干预对肝硬化患者肝功能和生活质量的影响

Influence of comprehensive high-quality nursing intervention on liver function and quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的:探析全方位优质护理干预对肝硬化患者肝功能和生活质量的影响,旨在今后为患者提供更优质的护理服务提供参考和借鉴依据.方法:前瞻性选取唐山市工人医院消化内科2013-01/2014-01收治的160例肝硬化患者,采用随机抽签法将其分为2组,每组80例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予全方位优质护理,对比分析两组患者肝功能恢复情况、遵医行为、生存质量、护理满意度情况,评估全方位优质护理应用效果.结果:两组患者出院时、回访3 mo肝功能指标水平较入院时明显改善(P<0.05),干预组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者在休息和活动、合理饮食、烟酒控制、正确服药、定期复查方面依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度为97.50%明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有显著统计学意义(χ2=11.1230,P=0.0009);护理后两组患者各维度和总评分较护理前均不同程度升高(P<0.05),干预组改善情况较对照组更为显著(P<0.05).结论:全方位优质护理干预能促进患者肝功能功能恢复,改善患者生存质量,提高患者的护理满意度,进一步提高护理质量.

AIM：To assess the effect of comprehensive high-quality nursing intervention on liver function and quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis.METHODS：One hundred and sixty cirrhoticpatients who were treated at Tangshan Worker＇s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups（80 cases in each group）：a control group and an intervention group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the intervention group was additionally given comprehensive high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.Liver function recovery,compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared for the two groups.RESULTS：Liver function at discharge and three months after discharge was significantly improved in both groups（P 〈0.05）,and the improvement was more significant in the intervention group（P 〈0.05）.The patients in the intervention group had significantly better compliance in terms of rest and activity,reasonable diet,alcohol and tobacco control,correct medication,and regular re-examination of compliance than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The rate of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group（97.50% vs 81.25%,χ^2 = 11.1230,P = 0.0009）.The scores of each dimension and total score of the quality of life scale were significantly improved in both groups（P 〈0.05）,with the intervention group having more significant improvement（P 〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Comprehensive high-quality nursing intervention can promote the recovery of liver function and improve the quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and the quality of nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis.
