Progress of Research and Treatment for Lumbar Disc Herniation in Juveniles

腰椎间盘突出症在未成年人中较为少见,在诊断与治疗方面具有一定难度。本文从患病率、发病机理与危险因素、病理改变、临床表现以及主要治疗方式与疗效方面对未成年人LDH进行综述,以利于临床诊断与治疗。

Lumbar disc herniation is rare in juveniles,which makes it more difficult to diagnose and treat.The prevalence,causes and risk factors,pathological changes,clinical characteristics,main treatment methods,and curative effects of lumbar disc herniation in juveniles were summarized in this review,for benefiting clinical diagnosis and treatment.
