摘要 以低密度聚乙烯/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(LDPE/EVA)体系为基础,研究了铁粉对电缆料的机械性能、电性能和导热性能的影响.结果表明,当铁粉含量增加时,电缆复合材料的机械性能下降,但下降幅度不大;表面电阻系数和体积电阻系数均降低,提高了导电性能;铁粉的加入增大了热扩散系数,提高了导热性能. In this study,Firstly the iron powder/LDPE/EVA composite was prepared by melt blend,then the effect of iron powder on the mechanical properties,electrical properties and thermal properties of cable composite was analyzed. Results show that when the iron powder content increases,the mechanical property of the composite cable decreases but not shapely,while both the surface resistance and the volume resistance come down,thereby improving conductivity. Therefore,to add iron powder can increase thermal diffusivity and improve thermal performance.
