基于创造性学力理论的大学生创业能力培养

Base on Creative Learning Capacity,Training University Students' Entrepreneurial Ability

我国正处于创新科技引领经济的转型发展时期,迫切需要整体性的高素质创业型人才。从创造力学视角看,大学生需要具有创新意识和创造能力、首创精神和质疑能力,开拓精神和专业应用能力。从调查现状看,大学生和社会对学力发展的要求基本能得到满足,但鉴于创造性学力对学生创业能力的影响,高校还应努力提升大学生的创业能力,形成创业能力和专业教育相融合的培养模式,形成整体创业文化条件养成和个体创新人格结合的培养模式、形成课堂培养和课外激励相配合的培养环境,搭建完备的创业教育服务体系。

Now, China is in the period of transition to innovation economy,urgently needs high-quality en- trepreneurialtalents. From creative learning capacity theory, university students should have consciousness of innova- tion, initiativespirit, questioning ability, pioneering spirit and professional practical ability. From investigation, the de- veloping of learning capacity can nearly satisfied the demands of the students and the society. But in view of the effect that creative learning capacity has on students＇ entrepreneurial competency, universities still need to endeavor to en- hance students＇ entrepreneurial capacity; to establish a training mode in which the nurturing of entrepreneurial ability is integrated with that of professional knowledge, and the cultivation of overall entrepreneurial qualification is blended with that of individual pioneering spirit; and to create a teaching environment in which in-class training is interweaved with after-class motivation to build a comprehensive entrepreneurship education service system.
