摘要
本论文基于机床静力学的分析理论,建立龙门机床关键部件的力学模型,并对其进行受力计算,为后续的静力学分析提供合理的边界条件以及刚度计算依据.并从龙门机床的结构特点出发,在UGNX软件平台上对机床结构进行建模和虚拟装配,并用有限元分析插件UG高级仿真对机床的关键部件进行静力学特性分析,得出它们的受力情况.通过对机床关键部件的静刚度分析结果来评估机床结构的稳定性.
Based on the analyzed theory of kinetics, theoretical force of key parts of machine were analyzed,reasonable boundary conditions and basis for rigidity calculation were provided. And based on the structure of gantry five-sided machining center, using software of UGNX to three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembling with machine, and using finite element analysis software of UGNX to analyze mechanical properties of key parts,its deformation characteristics, natural vibration frequency and main vibration mode were obtained. The stability of machine structure was summarized by evaluate the static stiffness.
