摘要
为了提高岩巷掘进速度,保证区域瓦斯治理的时间和空间,实现采面瓦斯治理达标,根据八矿的岩巷现场施工经验,在无法实现连续运输的条件下,采用EBZ260掘进机优化运输环节,并根据现场实际对掘进机截割头进行改造,优化劳动组织,实现了大断面硬岩巷道的快速掘进,为区域瓦斯治理提供了充足的时间和空间。
In order to improve roadway mining speed, ensure gas control time and space and realize gas control up to standards, based on the roadway construction experience of No. 8 Mine, under the condition of unable to realize the continuous transportation, EBZ260 mining machine was adopted to optimize transportation, cutting head of mining machine was transformed based on site situation, labor organization was optimized to realize rapid mining in large section hard rock roadway, which provided enough time and space for region gas control.
