信息技术对教育发展产生了革命性影响,在现代网络技术快速发展的背景下,教师培训模式从以定点集中培训转向定点集中教训+网络互动培训的多元化培训,文章从Moodle的功能及教师培训的特征出发,阐述分析了基于Moodle的教师培训常用应用模式的流程和特征,肯定了利用Moodle搭建网络教师培训系统的优势。

Information technology has a revolutionary effect on educational development, in the context of rapid expansion of Advanced Network Technology, it will be so that the mode of training is transformed from Fixed-point concentrated training to Network interactive training, this paper proceed from the functions of Moodle and the features of teacher training, and analyses the flow and features of the common application pattern of teacher training which base on Moodle, affirmed the advantages of set up web-based training for teachers system by Moodle.
