摘要
目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包合冰片的最佳工艺,提高其主要有效成分龙脑的稳定性。方法采用正交试验法,以龙脑包合率为评价指标,优选胶体磨法包合的最佳工艺;对包合物进行薄层色谱(TLC)鉴定;采用热重分析(TG)对冰片的β-CD包合物进行验证。结果采用胶体磨法进行包合的最佳工艺为冰片与β-环糊精比例为1∶10,碾磨时间为20 min,加水量为1.5倍;TLC检验说明冰片经包合形成了包合物,TG分析冰片与β-环糊精之间确实已形成了包合物,并且被包合后,热稳定性增加。结论优选工艺所得龙脑包合率为98.1%,且β-CD包合可有效增加冰片的稳定性。
Objective To optimize the preparation process of borneol β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound and to improve the stability of main effective component borneol.Methods By using the orthogonal experimental method and taking the inclusion rate as evaluation index,the technology of colloid mill inclusion was optimized.The inclusion compound was identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Borneol β-CD was verified by thermogravimetric analysis(TG).Results The optimal process of borneol inclusion was borned to cyclodextrin ratio being 1∶10,milling with 1.5 times of water for 20 min.TLC results showed that borneol inclusion complexes had been formed.TG analysis proved that borneol and cyclodextrin had actually formed a package complex,and the formed inclusion complexes had higher thermal stability of borneol.Conclusion Borneol inclusion rate could be up to 98.1 % by the optimized process.And β-CD inclusion could effectively increase the stability of borneol.
