摘要 目的:观察PBL教学在困难气道管理模拟人培训中的应用效果。方法:选择2011~2013年在我院麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训的学生26人,随机分为两组:观察组(按照PBL教学模式进行教学)及对照组(按照传统教学模式教学),比较两组学生理论和操作考试成绩。结果:观察组困难气道管理理论成绩及操作成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:PBL教学在困难气道管理模拟人培训中的应用有助于医师快速而准确地掌握困难气道管理技能,提高临床医疗水平。 Objective:To study the effect of PBL in difficult airway management training by using stimulator.Methods:26 students were divided into two groups:observation group(application of problem-based learning as a teaching model)and control group(application of traditional Teaching Model),compare the difficult airway management theory and skills performance of the two groups of students.Results:The difficult airway management theory and skills scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Apllication of problem-based learning as a teaching model in difficult airway management training by using stimulator is helpful for anesthesiologist to grasp the skill of difficult airway management quickly and accurately and improving clinical medical level.
