摘要
根据我院食品专业新一轮的教学计划,本文分析了酿造工艺学课程教学实习中存在的现实问题,并对该课程的教学实习改革进行初步探索。
According to a new round of teaching program in our university of food profession, this paper analyzes the real problem existing in teaching practice of brewing technology, preliminary exploration and reformation on teaching practice of brewing technology.
