摘要
工程陶瓷材料具有很高的硬度和强度,耐热性、耐磨性,综合性能优良,已在航空航天、武器、石油化工很多工业领域得到了广泛的应用。概述了近些年工程陶瓷的各种特种加工技术的现状与发展,阐述了各项特种加工技术的基本原理和优缺点,综合分析了工程陶瓷材料加工技术的研究路线,展望了今后工程陶瓷特种加工技术发展前景。
Engineering ceramics has been used on a broad range of industry sectors such as aerospace,weapon,petroleum with high hardness,high strength,high temperature resistance,superior wear resistance,excellent comprehensive properties. The present situation and development of all kinds of special machining technology of engineering ceramics in recent years were summarized,the basic principle of the special processing technology and the advantages and disadvantages were expounded,the research route of machining technology of engineering ceramic materials was analyzed,the future prospects of the development of engineering ceramics machining technology were expected.
