痰瘀阻络模型大鼠血液流变学及红细胞膜生物学研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨痰瘀阻络模型大鼠的血液流变学和红细胞膜的生物学特征变化。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠40只,按体质量随机分为四组,每组10只。10天组分为空白组和痰瘀阻络模型组两组;20天组同样分为空白组和模型组两组。模型组分别采用脂乳剂连续灌胃10天和20天复制高脂血症模型,取血测定血液流变学和红细胞膜组分相关指标。结果:与空白组比较,痰瘀阻络模型组大鼠血浆总胆固醇(CHO)﹑甘油三酯(TG)﹑低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)﹑血糖(GLU)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05);全血黏度﹑血浆黏度均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);Na+-K+-ATP酶活力﹑SOD活力均不同程度降低(P<0.05,P<0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),唾液酸含量有降低趋势,但无显著性差异;膜胆固醇含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:痰瘀阻络模型中胆固醇含量的升高,引起血浆黏度的增大,可能导致红细胞膜上SOD酶活力、Na+-K+-ATP酶活力降低,MDA含量升高,膜胆固醇含量显著升高,同时唾液酸含量也有降低趋势。 Objective:To investigate the changes of biological characteristics of hemorheology and erythrocyte membrane of model rats with stagnation of phlegm and blood.Methods:40 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups, with ten in each group.Ten-days group was subdivided into a blank group and a model group;twenty-days group was also subdivided into a blank group and a model group.High fat emulsion was continuously given to model rats intragas-trically for 10 days and 20 days respectively, and then determine the hemorheology indexes and activity of erythrocyte membrane.Results:Compared with the blank group, the serous CHO, TG, LDL-C and GLU were increased signifi-cantly (P〈0.05), and HDL-C was decreased obviously (P〈0.05); the whole blood viscosity and the plasma vis-cosity were increased obviously ( P〈0 .05 , P〈0 .01 );Na +-K+-ATP enzyme and SOD activity were decreased ob-viously(P〈0.05, P〈0.05), and the contents of MDA and membrane cholesterol were increased significantly (P〈0.05), and SA had a decreased tendency.Conclusion:Models with stagnation of phlegm and blood can cause the in-crease of cholesterol, and the plasma viscosity is also increased.It might lead to the decrease of SOD and Na +-K+-ATP enzyme, meanwhile, MDA and membrane cholesterol contents have been changed to different degrees.Meanwhile, the content of SA has a decreased tendency.
