专业课程的导师制教学是实践基于"工作过程"的项目化教学模式重要手段。本文主要从导师制教学的特点,实施步骤等几个方面进行了阐述。导师制教学改变了传统的教学模式,为提高高职精细化工专业课程的教学质量,培养具有创新能力的高素质技能型人才开辟一条新途径。

The teaching study of tutorial system in professional course is an important way to carry out the project teaching mode based on work process. Several parts on the feature and implementation steps of tutorial system were mainly discussed. The teaching study of tutorial system changed the traditional teaching pattern and it was a new avenue to improve the quality of teaching in fine chemical professional course and to cultivate high- quality talents with innovative ability in higher vocational colleges.
