都市农业背景下家庭农场具有广阔的发展前景,分为三种发展模式:专业生产型、多功能综合型和生态保护型。围绕家庭农场发展中面临土地、资金、人才、产品、社会化服务等主要问题,提出制定家庭农场发展规划,加快土地确权、促进土地流转,推进公司制登记注册、加强政府资金扶持、引入社会资本等建议。
