联合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Combined Treatment of Type Ⅲ Prostatitis

目的：探讨分析联合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效观察。方法选取我院2013年7月～2014年8月100例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者，为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用坦索罗辛和复方新诺明治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合体外电场热疗。观察用药后的疗效及其不良反应。结果对照组患者总有效率为74%，观察组患者总有效率为96%；对照组患者不良反应率为32%，观察组患者不良反应率为12%，数据对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论药物联合体外电场热疗对Ⅲ型前列腺炎的治疗较单用药物治疗疗效显著。

Objective To explore the curative effect observation analysis of combined treatment of type III prostatitis. Methods In our hospital in 2013 July-2014 year in August 100 cases of type III prostatitis patients, as control group and observation group. The control group was treated with tamsulosin and cotrimoxazole therapy, patients in the observation group based on the combined with external electric ifeld hyperthermia. To observe the efifcacy and adverse reaction after treatment. Results The patients in the control group the total efifciency of 74%, patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 96%;the control group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 32%, the observation group patients adverse reaction rate was 12%, data comparison signiifcant differences had statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment drugs combined with external electric ifeld hyperthermia on type IIIprostatitis therapeutic effect than single use of drugs.
