摘要
目的：对比观察手术综合治疗与单纯放化疗治疗老年脊柱转移瘤的临床观察。方法选择我院自2011年5月-2014年1月收治的57例老年脊柱转移瘤患者的临床资料，对照组患者给予单纯放化疗治疗，治疗组患者采用手术治疗＋放化疗的综合治疗方案。根据随机的原则，将患者分为治疗组29例与对照组28例。结果两组患者骨转移灶治疗疗效、止痛疗效、1年期生存率比较，结果具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论手术综合治疗可有效缓解疼痛、提高疗效，延长患者生存时间。
Objective To comparatively observe combined treatment with alone clinical chemotherapy of elderly spinal metastases. Methods Selected 57 cases of elderly patients with spinal metastases in our hospital from May 2011 to January 2014. Randomly divided into two groups. 29 cases in control group were treated with chemotherapy alone,28 cases in trestment group with surgery chemotherapy comprehensive treatment. Results There were significant differences,P〈0.05,comparing bone metastases therapy effects,pain efficacies and 1-year survival rates. Conclusion Comprehensive surgical treatment should be widely clinical application,because it can relieve pain,improve efficacy and prolong the survival time of patients.
