摘要
目前,电力网出现了大容量、高电压、多结构的发展特点,各种大型电力变压器在网络中广泛应用。大型电力变压器进行的常规检修,无疑在效率、成本和效果上存在着严重的缺憾。通过介绍大型电力变压器绕组绝缘损毁、变压器闪络、绕组接触不良等常见事故类型,从在线检测、状态检测、停电维修等方面,讲解了大型电力变压器状态检修要点。必须在大型电力变压器范围内推行状态检修这一技术,通过状态检修,降低系统和大型电力变压器的断电时间,节约大型电力变压器检修和电力系统维护成本,进而做到大型电力变压器检修效果与质量的提升。
At present, there has been the develop ment of the power grid characteristics of high-capacity, high-voltage, multi-structure, a variety of large power transformers are widely used in the network. Routine maintenance of large power transformers, no doubt on the efficiency, cost and effectiveness there is a serious shortcoming. Through the introduction of large power transformer winding insulation damaged transformer flashover, winding poor contact and other common types of accidents, from online testing, state testing, maintenance and other aspects of power, explained the large power transformer condition based maintenance points. Must be implemented within the scope of the state of repair of large power transformers of this technology, through condition-based maintenance, reduce off time systems and large power transformers, power transformers maintenance and conservation of large power system maintenance costs, and thus achieve the effect of large power transformer maintenance and quality upgrade.
