分娩活跃期产妇应用分娩球助产的效果观察

The effect of application of parturition ball in active pahse on the hospitalization expense and maternal satisfaction in pregnant women

目的探讨活跃期产妇应用分娩球对住院费用、产妇满意度的影响。方法选取住院分娩的单胎、无妊娠合并症的初产妇208例,按住院号尾数奇偶数分为观察组和对照组各104例,对照组产妇进入活跃期后采取常规护理,观察组在活跃期应用分娩球助产。结果观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.01),第一产程和第二产程时间缩短,疼痛减轻,住院费用减少,产妇满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论活跃期产妇应用分娩球能有效降低住院费用,提高产妇满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effects of parturition ball in active pabse on the hospitalization expense and maternal satisfaction in pregnant women. Methods A total of 208 hospitalization primipara of single birth were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Cases in the control group received routine nursing when coming to active period, while women in the experimental group were treated with parturition ball when coming to active period. Results Natural birth rate in the experimental group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the duration of first stage and second stage of labor were both shortened, pain was relieved, hospitalization costs were reduced, maternal satisfaction was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Appli- cation of parturarion ball in active stage primipara can effectively reduce hospitalization costs ,improve maternal satisfaction.
