摘要
本文讨论在中国英语语言等级量表研制过程中与描述语库建设有关的几个重要问题,包括语言能力构念,量表的心理测量学模型和参数描述体系,"能做"描述语的语义结构,以及描述语的来源和规范等。本文还特别强调社会文化和意识形态在构建中国英语等级量表话语体系中的重要性。
In this paper, several problems about developing a descriptor pool are discussed, including language ability construct, psychometrics model and parameter description system of the scale, the semantic structure of the "can do" description and the source of the descriptors, etc. The paper also emphasizes the importance of the social culture and ideology in constructing English Proficiency Scale in China.
