碳纳米管负载钯催化剂的制备及其电极研究

摘要 采用对碳纳米管进行混酸中超声处理,并通过浸渍-还原方法,在碳纳米管表面上形成了分散均匀的Pd纳米粒子,得到了Pd/CNTs催化剂。用扫描电镜(SEM)对酸化后CNTs试样进行表征,并在酸性介质中采用交流阻抗法测试Pd/CNTs催化剂工作电极的电化学催化活性。结果表明:Pd/CNTs催化剂能够表现出较强的电催化活性。 When the carbon nanotubes have been functionalized by mixed acid with ultrasonic treatment, well dispersed Pd nano-particles were made on the surface of the carbon nanotubes . Pd/CNTs electrocatalyst was investigated. Surface morphology and composition of the resulting electrocatalysts were studied by means of SEM. The electrocatalytic activity of the catalyst was tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the prepared Pd catalyst possessed strong electro-catalytic activity.
