HPLC Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Jiangzhining Tblets

目的：建立降脂宁片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定降脂宁片中绿原酸的含量,色谱条件为色谱柱：Inertsil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（9∶91）;检测波长：327 nm;进样量：10μL;柱温：30℃;流速：1 m L·min^-1。结果：绿原酸质量在0.013 16-0.263 2μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为98.26%（RSD=1.12%）。结论：该方法测定降脂宁片中绿原酸的含量,简便、准确,重复性好,可用于降脂宁片的质量控制方法。

Objective：To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Jiangzhining Tblets. Methods：HPLC was used to determine the content of Chlorogenic Acid. A Inertsilx C18（250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm）column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid（9 ∶ 91）and the detection wavelength was 327 nm;The injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was kept at 30℃;the flow rate was 1 m L·min^-1. Results：The calibration curve of Chlorogenic Acid was in good linearity over the range of 0.013 16-0.263 2 μg（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 98.26% with RSD of 1.12%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Jiangzhining Tblets.
