摘要
目前,中国新一代信息技术产业在公共服务领域要构建的平台和要具备的服务功能,主要包括三个方面:一是从全行业及企业层面构建宏观管理的公共服务平台;二是构建专门服务于企业具体业务、具备特定服务功能的公共服务平台;三是从方案及应用案例层面构建资源库平台。
It is essential to build a public service platform system in a new generation of IT industry. There are mainly three aspects on building current platform in China： the public service platform of macro-management should be constructed from the whole industry and enterprise level; the platform also be built with particular service functions and specialized services for specific business enterprise; in addition, repository platform should be built from the program and the application cases level.
