摘要
目的探讨现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式作为标准化沟通方式在手术室巡回护士交接班中的应用效果。方法 2014年1月~6月采用SBAR沟通模式,通过制订手术室巡回护士术中交接表格等措施提高手术室巡回护士交接班的完整性和准确性。结果运用SBAR沟通模式后,巡回护士交接班问题发生率由原来的13.6%降至4.6%,交班时间由原来的(13.1±4.5)分钟降至(7.4±2.1)分钟,交接双方的满意率由原来的79.5%提高至96.6%,巡回护士工作合格率由89.8%上升至96.6%。结论运用SBAR沟通模式后规范了手术室巡回护士交接流程,提高了护理工作质量和团队协作能力,保证了患者安全。
Objective: The topic is to discuss the effectiveness of the application of the Situation - Background - Assessment - Recommendation (SBAR) communication mode as a standardized mode in the operating room eir- culating nurses. Methods:Carrying out SBAR communication mode from January 2014 to June 20 lating the operating room circulating nurses of the handover forms to improve the operating room succession for completeness and accuracy. Results:After using SBAR decreased from 13.6% to 4.6%, duty faction of both sides from 79.5 % of th shifting time decreased from ( 13. e increase to 96.6%. While the 14 through circulating formu - nurses communication method, the error rate had 1 ±4.5)to(7.4 ±2.1 )minutes, the satis- circulating nurse job qualification rate in- creased from 89.8% to 96.6%. Conclusion:By implementation of SBAR communication mode in the operating room nurses, it has been improved the quality of nursing and the ablity of teamwork , ensured the patient safety.
