麝香保心丸辅治老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of treating elderlyangina pectoris with the Shexiang Baoxin pill

目的:观察麝香保心丸辅治老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:178例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组常规治疗,观察组加服麝香保心丸,观察疗效、心绞痛发作情况以及不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效、心电图疗效明显优于对照组患(P<0.05);心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油日消耗量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低。结论:运用麝香保心丸辅治老年冠心病心绞痛,可显著提高疗效,减轻不良反应。

Objective：To observe Clinical efficacy of the Shexiang Baoxin pill. Methods：178 cases were randomly divided into two groups, a control group of conventional treatment, observation group took HMP. Results： The clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram significantly better than patients in the control group （P〈0.05）; angina frequency, duration and daily consumption of nitroglycerin was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：HMP for angina pectoris can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
