中国工业用水效率及其影响因素的区域差异研究——基于SFA的省际面板数据

Regional Differences in Industrial Water Consumption Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors for China's Major Industrial Provinces: A Study of Provincial Panel Data Based on SFA

本文依据中国31个省2002-2013年的面板数据,运用SFA方法测算和对比分析各省每年的工业用水效率值,并建立回归方程分别对全国、东、中、西部地区的工业用水效率影响因素进行分析。根据研究结论,本文提出了应提高节水意识和节水技术、鼓励循环用水、调整产业布局和优化工业结构、根据区域差异制定有区别的管理方案和制度等对策建议。

According to the panel data of China＇s 31 provinces in 2002 -2013, we used stochastic frontier production function to calculate the industrial water consumption efficiency and make a comparison between regions. We also established regression equations respectively to analyze the influencing factors of all regions. According to the research, we suggest that we should raise the awareness of saving water and improve the water saving technology, encourage to use recycling water, adjust the industrial layout and optimize industrial structure, and make a difference between water management plan and system based on the regional differences.
