生地当归方对骨折早期治疗中抗自由基损害的影响

Analysis of the anti-free-radical injury in early stage of fracture with Shengdidangguifang( 生地当归方)

目的:探讨生地当归方在骨折早期治疗中抗自由基损害的临床效果。方法:随机抽取86例闭合性骨折患者作为生地当归方治疗组,86例采用常规西药治疗的闭合性骨折患者,50例健康体检者作为对照组,比较3组入选者治疗前及治疗后第4天脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化情况。结果:生地当归方治疗组、西药治疗组两组患者治疗前脂质过氧化物水平均显著高于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);生地当归方治疗组患者治疗后脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶水平接近对照组(P>0.05);西药治疗组患者治疗后脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶水平未发生明显变化,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨折早期治疗中生地当归方具有明显抗自由基损害和增强机体自由基的清除功能的效果。

Objective： To explore the anti-free-radical injury in early stage of fracture with chinese traditional drugs. Methods： A total of 86 cases of patients with closed fracture who treated by chinese traditional herbs were the group A,86 cases of patients with closed fracture who treated by conventional western medicine were the group B,50 cases of healthy controls were the control group. The levels of LPO and SOD were compared for the three groups. Results： The levels of LPO for the group A and group B prior treatment were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of SOD for the group A and group B prior treatment were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; There was no significant difference on the levels of LPO and SOD for the group A and control group（ P〈0. 05）; There has significant difference on the levels of LPO and SOD for the group B and control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The anti-free-radical injury in early stage of fracture with chinese traditional drugs is good,it can against free radical damage,enhance the free radical removal function. It has high values of clinical application.
