摘要
基于现有的履带转向半径计算公式,综合考虑了悬臂式掘进机外形尺寸、截割臂水平摆动、履带转向半径对悬臂式掘进机转向半径的影响,提出了新型悬臂式掘进机转向半径计算模型,并进行了履带转向半径以及截割臂水平摆角对悬臂式掘进机转向半径的影响分析,得出履带转向半径以及截割臂水平摆角对悬臂式掘进机转向半径影响规律,从而为悬臂式掘进机设计及转向性能评价提供了参考依据。
Based on the present steering radius formula of track, a new computational model of steering radius of boom - type roadheader was proposed, with overall consideration of the boundary dimension of roadheader, horizontal swing of cutting arm and steering radius of track. The influencing law of track steering radius and horizontal swing of cutting arm on steering radius of roadheader was analyzed, providing references for the design of roadheader and assessment of steering.
