产业融合视角下休闲农业发展的障碍与对策

Obstacles and Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture Development from Perspective of Industry Integration

为促进农业与旅游业融合的休闲农业发展提供参考,以北京市平谷区大华山镇为例,从农业与旅游业融合的视角,分析其休闲农业发展的路径和障碍,并提出相应的发展对策。分析表明:大华山镇的休闲农业已形成了以资源融合推进产业开发、技术融合打造特色产品、企业融合培育新型主体、市场融合拓展销售渠道的发展模式,但仍面临着制度、技术和能力障碍,影响了产业融合的广度、深度和进度。需要完善产业融合的发展环境,创新产业管理机制,强化休闲农业系统设计,培育新型经营主体和提升农户经营管理能力。

The paths and obstacles of leisure agricultural development in Dahuashan Town,Pinggu District,Beijing,were analyzed from the perspective of industry integration between agriculture and tourism,and relevant development countermeasures were proposed to provide a reference for leisure agricultural development.The development model of resources integration of leisure agriculture to improve industryl development,technique fusion to create featured products,enterprise integration to cultivate new main body and market integration to expand marketing channel still is faced with obstacles of system, technology and ability, which affects breadth, depth and progress of industrial integration. The countermeasures of perfecting development environment of industry integration,innovating industrial management system, strengthening systematic design of leisure agriculture, culturing new business subjects and promoting management ability of farmer households.
