瘿病中医名词术语规范化研究探讨

中医药名词术语的规范化研究是中医药重点学科建设的基本任务,对促进中医药学术进步和整体发展意义重大。我们在收集、整理文献,深入研究和总结临床经验的基础上,针对目前瘿病中医名词术语规范化存在的主要问题,提出了研究原则和主要方法,研究后进一步明确规范了瘿病概念,确定了瘿气(弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿Graves病)、瘿病眼病(Graves眼病)、瘿痛(亚急性甲状腺炎)、瘿虚(甲状腺功能减退症)等病名,并在此基础上规范了其病因病机及辨证论治,为中医瘿病的规范化诊治和学术水平的提高做了有益的探讨,提出了自己的思路。

Standardization of TCM terminology is a basic task of the development of key disciplines of Chinese medicine. It is critical to the overall academic progress and the development of the entire discipline. We collected and reviewed literature,summarized clinical studies,and established the major principles and methods for the study of terminology standardization in gall disease. As a result of our study,we clarified the definition of gall disease,established the classification of several diseases including the goiter（ Graves disease）,gall disease ophthalmopathy（ Graves ophthalmopath）,gall pain（ subacute thyroiditis）,gall virtual（ hypothyroidism） disease. Our method also provides the standardization of the study of etiology and the symptom differentiation and treatment process.
