摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,对镇江高星级酒店中高职实习生的现状进行调查与分析。结果显示,镇江高星级酒店存在薪酬水平普遍偏低,劳动强度较大;学校实习过程管理有待加强,实习指导师资不足;实习生综合素质偏低,职业定位存在偏差等问题。针对这些问题从学校、酒店、学生、社会等方面提出优化措施。
Through the methods of questionnaire and interview,this thesis focuses on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of higher vocational students'internship in high-star hotels in Zhenjiang.The results show that payment level is generally low and labor intensity is large in Zhenjiang in high-stars hotels,management needs to be strengthened by the school side in the practice process,there are fewer practice guidance teachers,students'comprehensive quality of occupation is comparatively low,and that the orientation of the position for practice is not clear.The optimal measures have been taken from perspective of the school side,the hotels,students and the so-cial aspects to solve these problems.
