中成药玉屏风联合顺尔宁治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Medicine Yupingfeng Combined Singulair in Treatment of Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:分析中成药玉屏风联合顺尔宁治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的疗效及安全性,探讨其临床适用性。方法:将2013年1月—2013年12月本院收治的72例过敏性鼻炎患儿作为研究资料,按照随机数表法将患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,各组36例,对照组采用单纯顺尔宁进行治疗,研究组采用玉屏风联合顺尔宁进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清中Ig A、Ig G、Ig E;患者临床症状、体征评分;不良反应发生率以及临床疗效,并对结果进行分析比较。结果:治疗后,两组患儿血清中的Ig A、Ig G、Ig E与治疗前相比均有提高,而研究组患儿的血清Ig A、Ig G、Ig E值明显高于对照组;两组患儿的临床症状和体征评分与治疗前相比均有所下降,而研究组患儿的临床症状、体征评分以及总评分明显低于对照组;研究组患儿的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中成药玉屏风联合顺尔宁治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎效果良好,不良反应少,适合临床长期推广应用。

Objective ： To analyze the efficacy and safety of medicine Yupingfeng combined singulair in treatment of pediatric al- lergic rhinitis, and to explore its clinical applicability. Methods ：72 cases of pediatric allergic rhinitis from January 2013 to Decem- ber 2013 in our hospital were treated as research materials, according to a random number table method they were randomly divid- ed into study group and control group. The control group used a simple singulair for treatment and the study group used Yupingfeng combined singulair for treatment. We observed and compared the serum IgA, IgG, IgE, clinical symptoms and signs score, the inci- dence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results：After treatment, all children＇s serum IgA ,IgG,IgE were improved, serum IgA, IgG, IgE of the study group was significantly higher than those of the control group ; clinical symptoms and signs scores were decreased, clinical symptoms and signs score, total score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Incidence of adverse events of the study group was significantly lower than the control group. The total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Medicine Yupinffeng combined singulair in treatment ＇Of pediatric allergic rhinitis has good effect and less adverse reactions, and it is suitable for long - term clinical application.
