摘要
精确测量的航空发动机转速信号是航空发动机控制系统及故障诊断的重要依据。首先介绍了目前常用的航空发动机转速信号的测量方法-直接测频法并对该方法误差进行了分析;其次根据航空发动机工作时的转速变化特性,详细描述了通过Hilbert变换求取瞬时频率来测量转速的方法,并对该方法的端点效应问题进行了处理;最后通过仿真发动机一个转速上升过程,计算得出瞬时频率(转速)及误差大小。结果表明,该方法对航空发动机转速测量可行。
Accurately measurement of aero-engine speed signal ensure reliable operation for aero-engine and alrborne systems. At ifrst, introduced the current aero-engine speed signal measurement methods and analyzed the errors;then according to aero-engine speed characteristics, a method that the instantaneous frequency obtalned through the Hilbert Transform was described detall, and the error of the method end effect was modified; at last, the aero-engine speed increasing process was simulated, the instantaneous frequency and error of simulation were be calculated. The result shows that the method is feasible for aero-engine speed measurement.
