福建省农机购置补贴政策的农户满意度研究

Farmers' Satisfaction on the Farm Machinery Purchase Subsidy Policy in Fujian

福建省农机购置补贴政策的实施使得农业机械化率快速提高,成为推进现代农业发展和农民持续增收的有力保障。该文从农户的视角出发,以农机购置补贴政策的满意度为重点,评价该项政策的实施成效。研究表明,农户对福建省农机购置补贴政策的整体满意度不高,且影响农机购置补贴政策满意度的因素呈多元化,需要从加大农机购置补贴力度、增加补贴农机具种类、加强农机使用的技术指导、加强政策实施的监管等方面提升农机购置补贴政策的绩效。

The implement of farm machinery purchase subsidy policy caused the rapid increase of the agricultural mechanization rate, and become the effective guarantee to the development of modern agriculture and the increase of farmers＇ income. This paper assessed the effectiveness of the policy implementation focus on farmers＇ satisfaction on farm machinery purchase subsidy policy from the perspective of farmers. The result showed that farmers＇ satisfac- tions on farm machinery purchase subsidy policy was not high in Fujian, and the factors were diversification. There- fore, promoting the performance of farm machinery purchase subsidy should increase the subsidies of farm machinery purchase, increase the species of subsidies farm machinery, strengthen technical guidance on farm machinery usage, strengthen the supervision on the policy implementation.
