左归丸及右归丸创方思想的历史考察

Historical Investigation of the Creating Thought of Zuogui Pill(左归丸) and Yougui Pill(右归丸)

左归丸、右归丸是张介宾治疗肾脏阴阳亏损的重方,既往对二方的组方讨论多局限于君、臣、佐、使的配伍理论、药物功效及统计分析,至于二方如何创制的问题着墨不多。认为从张介宾医学思想的传承以及对药物的认知方面分析,左归丸、右归丸其实是张介宾取"六味之意",并依其真阴学说为核心,参以个人用药体悟而创制的新方。左归丸、右归丸在医方结构上具有同根的特点,用药之法也与《类经》和《景岳全书》中的记载相合,可视为张介宾将医理融于临证遣方的一种结果。

Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill are the important prescriptions of ZHANG Jiebin in treating Yin and Yang deficiency of kidney. Previously, the discussions about the composition of these two prescriptions were mainly limited in the compatibility theory of monarch, minister, assistant and guide, as well as prescription effect and statistical analysis. However, how these two prescriptions were created is seldom mentioned. Analysis from the medical thought inheritance of ZHANG Jiebin and the cognition of drugs shows that actually Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill are the new created prescriptions of ZHANG ]iebin, he quoted the meaning of ＂six flavors＂ （六味）, and made his ＂ true Yin＂ （真阴） theory as the core, combined with his individual medication knowledge and created them. Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill share the same characteristics in the prescription structure, and the principles of drugs using are in consis- tency with ＂Lei Jing＂ （《类经》） and ＂Jingyue Quanshu＂ （《景岳全书》）. These can be regarded as the result of ZHANG Jiebin＇s reconciliation of medical knowledge into clinical practice.
