摘要
提出了一种基于电路板间的甚短距离无线光互联模块。利用光学设计软件模拟仿真,设计了一种实用的板间无线光互联光学系统,并分析了离轴偏差、指向角度偏差以及轴向偏差对该模块数据传输稳定性的影响。测试结果表明,该模块可以实现2.5Gb/s高速率板间双向数据传输。
A wireless optical module interconnected between two very short-distance circuit boards is present- ed. The usable optical system based on the modules is designed by the optical design software. Lateral displacement and angular misaligument and longitudinal separation which influence the stability of data trans- mission are tested. The test results show that the module can realize the 2.5Gb/s transmission rate between two boards.
